Truelytics is the tech arm inside Experience Philippines. Every module we sell to clients was first built, broken, and rebuilt on our own travel operation. The case study isn't a client. It's the founder's company.

These are not metrics from a deck. They come from one operator running one travel company since 2013, shipping 12+ apps along the way, and turning AI agents into the back office. Everything below is built on top of these.

§02What we built for ourselves

Experience Philippines is Client 0.

EXPH is the travel company Gian has been running since 2013. It is also the lab. Every Truelytics module is built on EXPH first, broken on EXPH first, and only sold once it survives a real booking week.

Phase 1 of the IOS replaced the Sunday-night spreadsheet with an automated supplier database, an AI-drafted MOA flow, and an inquiry router that doesn't lose DMs in WhatsApp.

§03The Travel Agent IOS, six modules

AI automation for travel agencies in the Philippines. Not a SaaS. An operating system we install and run with you.

    Inquiry auto-response, booking flows, pre-trip clue drops, post-trip follow-up. The boring layer that loses you bookings when it slips.

    Growth Engine

    Meta ads for B2C trip demand and B2B supplier acquisition. We run the same engine on TLG, so we eat what we cook.
